QST International makes barbell pads to order for brands, gyms and distributors in its WRAP certified facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. The pads above show styles QST already makes, from round foam covers to strap-on pads.
Styles
The range includes round foam bar covers, slide-on pads with an open slot and strap-on pads with a hook-and-loop wrap. Pads are about 40 to 45 cm long and can have a neck groove to spread the load.
Materials
The core is high-density NBR or EVA foam. Covers are water-resistant matte fabric or heavy-duty ballistic nylon, and the straps are adjustable nylon.
Colours and branding
Colours can be matched to your range, in solid tones, neon shades and camouflage. Your logo can be silk screened, debossed or woven in as a label.
