Fit and use
A barbell pad is a thick foam cover for the middle of the bar. It cushions the neck and shoulders in squats and the hips in hip thrusts and lunges. QST makes the black fabric bar pad about 40 to 45 cm long, so it fits a standard Olympic bar or a smith machine bar. This pad has a woven fabric cover and end ties.
