Fit and fastening
BFR bands are worn high on the upper arm or thigh. QST's bands are about 5 to 7.5 cm wide, in arm and leg lengths, and sold as a pair. The fastening is a quick-release cam buckle or a slide loop with a hook-and-loop strap anchor.
Fabric
The fabric is a woven cotton-polyester with elastic latex bands inside, with double-stitched edges so the band does not roll or fray.
Colours and branding
Bands can be made in solid colours, stripes and camouflage. Your logo can be a woven label, a rubberised patch or a screen print. QST supplies the band, and training and pressure guidance should come from a coach or a medical adviser.
