BFR (blood flow restriction) bands are worn high on the upper arm or thigh and tightened with a buckle or strap. QST makes the red and black BFR bands in arm and leg lengths, about 5 to 7.5 cm wide, and sells them as a pair. This pair fastens with a buckle and a loop keeper.
