Fit and sizing
BFR (blood flow restriction) bands are worn high on the upper arm or thigh and tightened with a buckle or strap. QST makes the camo BFR bands in arm and leg lengths, about 5 to 7.5 cm wide, and sells them as a pair. This pair fastens with black cam buckles.
QST supplies the band, not training advice, so pressure and use should follow guidance from a coach or a medical adviser. QST also makes compression cuffs and bench blaster bands for upper body work.
Materials, branding and care
The camo BFR bands are made from a woven cotton-polyester fabric with elastic latex bands inside. The edges are closed with double stitching so the band does not fray or roll. The fastening is a cam buckle with a hook-and-loop strap anchor.
You can order the camo BFR bands in your own colours or stripes, with a woven label, a rubberised patch or a screen printed logo. They can be packed in a mesh bag, a polybag or a retail box. Hand wash the band in cool water, let it dry flat and keep the buckle clean and dry.
