01 · Branding
Logo and decoration
Embroidery, screen print, sublimation, woven patches, and embossed or printed logos on leather and PU. We choose the method that suits the product and your artwork.
02 · Design
Colours and artwork
Your colours on every panel, trim and stitch, and sublimated all-over prints for fightwear and team kits. Send a colour reference and we match it on the sample.
03 · Materials
Fabric and leather
Cowhide, suede and PU leather, neoprene, nylon webbing, multi-layer foam, polyester mesh and interlock, cotton fleece and pearl-weave canvas.
04 · Fit
Sizes and construction
Youth to adult 4XL, custom size charts on request, and the construction you need: buckle or lever, lace or velcro, glove weight and padding.
05 · Private label
Labels and tags
Your name on the product, not ours: woven labels, custom belt and neck labels, so every piece leaves the factory as your brand.
06 · Packaging
Packed your way
Custom packaging with your branding, packed per size, colour or order to suit retail shelves, team deliveries or your warehouse.

Quote and specification
We confirm material, decoration and price, and write it down so both sides agree on what is being made.
1–2 days
Physical sample
You check fabric, fit, colour and branding in your hand before anything else is made.
7–10 days
Bulk production
Starts once you approve the sample. Timing depends on the product and the quantity.
3–6 weeks
Checked and shipped
Every order is checked against the approved sample before it is packed and shipped to you.
