Shape and size
An AB mat is a curved wedge that sits under the lower back during sit-ups and crunches. QST's mat is 7 cm high at the apex with a base of about 30 to 37 cm.
Materials
The core is high-density moulded foam. The cover is non-slip PVC leather-look material, closed with a concealed zip or heat-sealed border panels.
Colours and branding
Cover colour and stitching can be matched to your range. Logos can be silk screened or embossed in rubber.
