Fit and use
A barbell pad is a thick foam cover for the middle of the bar. It cushions the neck and shoulders in squats and the hips in hip thrusts and lunges. QST makes the blue strap-on bar pad about 40 to 45 cm long, so it fits a standard Olympic bar or a smith machine bar. This one is a strap-on pad with a neck groove.
