Fit and use
A barbell pad is a thick foam cover for the middle of the bar. It cushions the neck and shoulders in squats and the hips in hip thrusts and lunges. QST makes the black foam pad about 40 to 45 cm long, so it fits a standard Olympic bar or a smith machine bar. This one has an open slot, so it slides onto the bar from the side.

Materials, branding and care
The black foam pad has a high-density NBR or EVA foam core, wrapped in a water-resistant matte cover or heavy-duty nylon fabric. Straps are adjustable nylon with hook and loop, and the foam is dense enough to hold its shape under heavy bars.
You can order the black foam pad in your own colours, with your logo silk screened, debossed or woven in as a label. Wipe the cover clean with a damp cloth, let it dry and store the pad flat or loosely rolled so the foam does not crease.
