Fit and use
AB slings hang from a pull-up bar and hold the forearms in padded cradles, so the grip does not limit hanging leg raises and knee raises. QST makes the yellow camo AB slings in one size, with a strap that adjusts to the bar and to the lifter. Each sling hangs from a steel carabiner, which clips straight onto the bar or a rig.
