Fit and use
AB slings hang from a pull-up bar and hold the forearms in padded cradles, so the grip does not limit hanging leg raises and knee raises. QST makes the grey AB slings in one size, with a strap that adjusts to the bar and to the lifter. This pair hangs from a webbing strap that loops over the bar, so there is no carabiner to clip.

The grey AB slings use a ballistic nylon outer over an Oxford canvas backing, with a foam cradle core and cross-stitching at the load points. The strap is heavy webbing with reinforced stitching.
