Fit and use
AB slings hang from a pull-up bar and hold the forearms in padded cradles, so the grip does not limit hanging leg raises and knee raises. QST makes the red AB slings in one size, with a strap that adjusts to the bar and to the lifter. Each sling hangs from a steel carabiner, which clips straight onto the bar or a rig.

Materials, branding and care
The red AB slings use a ballistic nylon outer over an Oxford canvas backing, with a foam cradle core and cross-stitching at the load points. The hanging hardware is steel.
You can order the red AB slings in your own fabric colours, with your logo printed, woven or embroidered, and packed in polybags or branded sleeves. Wipe the cradles with a damp cloth, let them dry before storing and check the stitching and the carabiners from time to time.
