Fit and attachment
Ankle straps wrap round the ankle and clip to a cable machine through a D-ring, for kickbacks, hip extensions and leg curls. QST makes the black ankle weight bands in one adjustable size, and the strap overlap lets it fit most ankles. This one is a weighted band with sewn pockets rather than a cable strap, so it has no D-ring.
