Fit and attachment
Ankle straps wrap round the ankle and clip to a cable machine through a D-ring, for kickbacks, hip extensions and leg curls. QST makes the grey and pink ankle straps in one adjustable size, and the strap overlap lets it fit most ankles. This pair has grey webbing outside and a pink padded lining.
