Fit and attachment
Ankle straps wrap round the ankle and clip to a cable machine through a D-ring, for kickbacks, hip extensions and leg curls. QST makes the mesh ankle strap in one adjustable size, and the strap overlap lets it fit most ankles. This one has a mesh pad, two D-rings and a loop that goes under the foot to keep it in place.

Materials, branding and care
The mesh ankle strap has a breathable mesh pad over foam, a wide hook-and-loop strap and welded steel D-rings. The loop under the foot keeps the strap from sliding up the leg.
