BFR (blood flow restriction) bands are worn high on the upper arm or thigh and tightened with a buckle or strap. QST makes the blue and black BFR bands in arm and leg lengths, about 5 to 7.5 cm wide, and sells them as a pair. This pair has long straps with a black buckle for a wide adjustment range.
