Resistance and fit
Hip bands are sold in resistance levels, usually light, medium and heavy, or in sizes S, M and L. This set has six bands, one for each colour. The band sits around the thighs just above the knees or around the shins, and the wider the band, the more evenly the tension spreads.

Materials, branding and care
The six colour hip band set is woven from a stretchy cotton-polyester fabric with latex grip strips on the inside. The strips grip the skin or clothing so the band stays in place and does not roll or pinch. Edges are closed with multi-row stitching around the perimeter, and the loop is joined without a seam to rub.
