Resistance and fit
Hip bands are sold in resistance levels, usually light, medium and heavy, or in sizes S, M and L. This set has three plain bands in grey, red and black. The band sits around the thighs just above the knees or around the shins, and the wider the band, the more evenly the tension spreads.
