Fit and use
Hand grips cover the palm and the base of the fingers, so the bar rubs on the grip and not on the skin. They are used for pull-ups, toes to bar, deadlifts and rows, and they help the hands avoid tears and calluses. QST makes the pro hand grips in one size, and the wrist strap adjusts the fit. The pad is moulded to the palm and has no finger holes.

Materials, branding and care
The pro hand grips have a shaped palm pad with a rubber grip surface and an adjustable hook-and-loop wrist strap, with stitching at the strap joins.
You can order the pro hand grips in your own colours, with your logo printed, as a PVC rubber logo or as a woven label, and packed in polybags or custom packaging. Brush off chalk, let the grips dry before storing and check the stitching and the strap from time to time.
