Hand grips cover the palm and the base of the fingers, so the bar rubs on the grip and not on the skin. They are used for pull-ups, toes to bar, deadlifts and rows, and they help the hands avoid tears and calluses. QST makes the black-grey 3-hole grips in one size, and the wrist strap adjusts the fit.
