Hand grips cover the palm and the base of the fingers, so the bar rubs on the grip and not on the skin. They are used for pull-ups, toes to bar, deadlifts and rows, and they help the hands avoid tears and calluses. QST makes the grey hand grips in one size, and the wrist strap adjusts the fit.
