A bench blaster is a wide elastic band that you slide up over the upper arms so it sits across the back of the arms and the chest. It stores energy at the bottom of a bench press and helps the lift off the chest. This one is a narrow grey and black striped band. QST makes the grey and black bench blaster in sizes S to 2XL in a width of about 10 to 15 cm.
Pick the size by the chest and arm width of your lifters. A band that is too loose adds no help, and one that is too tight restricts the arms. For the arms, QST also makes elbow sleeves and elbow wraps.
