A bench blaster is a wide elastic band that you slide up over the upper arms so it sits across the back of the arms and the chest. It stores energy at the bottom of a bench press and helps the lift off the chest. This one is a solid colour band with a splash-style print. QST makes the splash logo bench blaster set in sizes S to 2XL in a width of about 10 to 15 cm.
