The art print belt is the same 4-inch height all the way round. The front supports your brace as much as the back does. Even-width belts are a common choice for powerlifting-style squats and deadlifts. Order 10 mm leather for the stiffest brace on heavy squats and deadlifts. Choose 6 mm as an all-round thickness, or 4 mm for a belt that bends more in Olympic lifts and general training. Measure around your core where the art print belt will sit, usually just above the navel, with the tape snug while you brace. Use that number rather than your trouser waist size.
