The brown camo belt is the same 4-inch height all the way round. The front supports your brace as much as the back does. Even-width belts are a common choice for powerlifting-style squats and deadlifts. Order 10 mm leather for the stiffest brace on heavy squats and deadlifts. Choose 6 mm as an all-round thickness, or 4 mm for a belt that bends more in Olympic lifts and general training.
