Fit and loading
A dipping belt carries weight plates on a chain, so you can add load to dips, pull-ups and chin-ups without holding anything. QST makes the leather strap dip belt in one universal size, with narrow front straps that join a broad padded back. The strap fastens with a prong buckle, so the fit is set in steps.

The leather strap dip belt has a leather or composite leather outer over ballistic nylon webbing, a neoprene cushion over high-density foam in the lumbar section and high-tensile stitching. A welded steel D-ring takes the steel loading chain.
