Fit and loading
A dipping belt carries weight plates on a chain, so you can add load to dips, pull-ups and chin-ups without holding anything. QST makes the heavy duty black dip belt in one universal size, with narrow front straps that join a broad padded back. The studs reinforce the points where the D-rings attach.
