Fit and use
Weightlifting hooks fasten to the wrist and hook over the bar, so the hook carries the weight and the grip does not give out first on heavy deadlifts, rows and shrugs. QST makes the red lifting hooks in one size, and the strap adjusts through a steel tension ring. The cuff is wide, so the load spreads across the wrist.
