Fit and use
Weightlifting hooks fasten to the wrist and hook over the bar, so the hook carries the weight and the grip does not give out first on heavy deadlifts, rows and shrugs. QST makes the palm hook wraps in one size, and the strap adjusts through a steel tension ring. This one is worn like a wrap, with the thumb through a loop and the palm pad against the bar.

Materials, branding and care
The palm hook wraps have rubber-coated steel alloy hooks, a 5mm neoprene lining in the cuff and a nylon webbing strap with double stitching. The strap closes with hook and loop through a steel tension ring.
You can order the palm hook wraps in your own colours, with your logo as a PVC badge, screen print or woven label, and packed in polybags or branded sleeves. Wipe the cuffs with a damp cloth, let them dry before storing and check the stitching and the hook coating from time to time.
