Elbow wraps are wound round the elbow joint and fastened with hook and loop, so the tightness is set by the lifter. QST makes the black elbow wraps about 40 inches long and 3 inches (7.5 cm) wide, with the length adjustable by how many turns you take. This pair is plain black.
