A martial arts belt wraps twice around the waist and ties in a square knot. Rows of parallel stitching keep it firm, so the knot holds through training.
Belt sizes run from 000 for young children to 7 for tall adults. A belt of the right size leaves ends of about 20 to 30 cm after the knot. Pair belts with QST’s karate uniforms or judo uniforms.

The rank colour belt set has a cotton canvas or poly-cotton shell over a layered filler core, with rows of parallel stitching along its length. A QST label is stitched near one end.
