The grey braided rope is about 3 m long, which suits most adults, and the length is adjustable by shortening the cable at the handle. Stand on the middle of the rope: the handles should reach about armpit height. Thinner cables of about 2.5 mm spin faster for speed work and double-unders, and thicker cables up to 5 mm add feedback for slower conditioning.
