Resistance and use
Long loop bands come in resistance levels from light to extra heavy. The standard loop is about 208 cm around and 3 to 4 cm wide. This set has four bands in graduated greys and black, one for each level. You can loop the band around a pull-up bar for assisted pull-ups, stand on it for presses and rows or wrap it round a rack for mobility work.

Materials, branding and care
The grey and black band set is woven from heavy-gauge cotton-polyester stretch fabric with internal latex strands. The tension is smooth and does not jump, and the band does not roll or snap. The edges are double stitched and the loop is joined without a seam.
