Fit and use
Lifting straps loop around the wrist and wrap the bar, so the strap carries the weight when the grip tires on deadlifts, rows and shrugs. QST makes the leather lifting straps in one adjustable size, and the standard strap length is 22 to 24 inches, with other lengths made to order. Leather straps are stiffer than cotton and soften with use.
