Fit and loading
A dip belt carries weight plates on a chain, so you can add load to dips, pull-ups and chin-ups without holding anything. QST makes the black embossed dip belt in one universal size, with a wide padded back and narrow front straps. The D-rings sit at the sides, so the chain hangs from both hips.

The black embossed dip belt has a leather outer, a padded back, stitched edges and welded steel D-rings. The steel loading chain clips to the D-rings.
