Length and fit
Knee wraps are wound round the knee in a spiral and closed with hook and loop, so the lifter sets the compression. QST makes the black and blue knee wraps about 78 inches (2 m) long and 3 inches (7.5 cm) wide, and custom lengths can be quoted. This pair is black with royal blue stripes.
