Fit and use
Lifting straps loop around the wrist and wrap the bar, so the strap carries the weight when the grip tires on deadlifts, rows and shrugs. QST makes the dowel lifting straps in one adjustable size, and the standard strap length is 22 to 24 inches, with other lengths made to order. These dowel straps have a D-ring for clipping to a cable machine, for pulldowns, pushdowns and cable rows.
