Fit and adjustment
An arm blaster hangs from the neck and holds the elbows against the body, so the curls stay strict and the biceps do the work. QST makes the curved arm blaster in one adjustable size. The neck strap slides to set the plate high or low on the chest. This one has a padded neck section and a buckle on the strap.

Materials, branding and care
The curved arm blaster has a rigid plate of aluminium alloy or iron that does not bend under heavy dumbbells or a bar, fixed with steel rivets. Thick EVA foam pads the elbows, a neoprene pad softens the neck, and the straps are nylon webbing.
You can order the curved arm blaster with your logo screen printed, embossed or laser engraved on the plate, with your choice of plate colour, strap and padding. Wipe the plate clean after use, check the rivets from time to time and keep the foam dry.
