QST elbow sleeves are black 5mm neoprene compression sleeves built for powerlifting, bench pressing, and heavy overhead work. A double-layered anti-tear nylon shell wraps an SCR/CR neoprene core, and the slip-on design covers the joint from forearm to bicep without straps. Sizes run XS to 2XL, sold as a pair.

What the core is made of
Each sleeve is built around an SCR or CR neoprene core, faced on both sides with anti-tear nylon and closed up with flatlock stitching so the seams don’t rub. The shell has a black finish with a stitched arch pattern across the front and a woven QST logo tab near the top. The 5mm thickness is on the thicker end for elbow sleeves, which is what lets it hold heat and give the joint real structural support once the bar gets heavy.
How it fits over the joint
The pattern is anatomically contoured with different top and bottom openings, so it sits snugly on the forearm and bicep rather than bunching in the middle. It’s a slip-on sleeve, not a wrap, so there’s nothing to strap or adjust mid-set, and the shape keeps it from rolling down during pressing or overhead work.

These are made for powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, heavy bench pressing, and overhead presses, where warm, stable elbows matter more than flexibility. Production follows ISO, CE, and Sedex standards, and the same lines supply clients approved by the IPF and USPA.
