What the strap is made of

Ballistic woven nylon forms the outer shell, doubled up for abrasion resistance, with a 5mm neoprene core against your skin to absorb pulling force during cable work. Welded steel D-rings anchor each side, and double stitching runs the full perimeter so the seams hold up under repeated heavy pulls instead of fraying.

How it fits your ankle

This is a one-size-fits-all strap that closes with a wide hook-and-loop flap, adjusting around the Achilles without pinching or restricting foot movement. At its widest anchor points it measures 2.5 to 4 inches across, spreading load over the lower leg rather than digging into one spot. Custom lengths are available for a different fit range.

Loop the D-ring onto any commercial cable pulley snap hook and you’re set for cable kickbacks, hip abductions, hamstring curls, leg extensions, glute work or physical therapy routines.
